Our last meeting was on December 6th 2025 at 5pm in the Dennis & Natalie Cox Hangar. This meeting is a standard quarterly meeting, no food or events will be provided. 30 days before the meeting the date, time and place will be posted on this website, Facebook and physical signs at both entrances to the neighborhood.

Meetings are open to all property owners.

Our covenants require permission by the property owners association on improvements / structures  on your property.  We would like to remind you that all new buildings do require you to get a building permit from Beach City - this is a city requirement not an HOA. The city also requires you to get a windstorm certificate.  More information on getting permission from the City can be found on their website. Here is a document to help you understand what material the committee will need in order to review your request. You may send your request for approval by the property owners association at rwjpropertyowners@gmail.com .
